Q) Do I need to clean and tidy before your initial visit? A) No! That's what we are here for, we take great satisfaction in seeing the end results.
Q) Are you insured? A) Yes! We hold public liability to a sum of £1 million.
Q) How do you maintain confidentiality? A) We take great care to protect your right to confidentiality and privacy. We will not share any of your information with third parties. At times we may ask if we can take before and after photographs, but this will be completely up to you to decide. If you did agree to photographs then, we can assure you, we would not use these with any of your personal information.
Q) How do I pay? A) Payment is made by cash or via BACS.
Q) How do I cancel? A) You have the right to cancel. We ask that at least two days notice is given so that we can reschedule. If less than 48hrs notice is given we will ask for 50% of the full quote is paid at our discretion. If Magenta Organising cancel we will give as much notice as possible and arrange a suitable and convenient time to reschedule. If we arrive at the booked location and are unable to gain access we will ask for the full quote payable.
Q) How much do you charge? A) We will arrange to meet with you and discuss details of what your needs are. This is free of charge. We will then provide you with a quote for the work to be carried out.
Regular weekly domestic cleaning is priced at £15 per hour. Deep clean is priced at £20 per hour. End of tenancy clean is priced from £100.
Q) What happens during a kitchen declutter? A) After the initial free consultation we would have devised a plan of what you want to achieve. This will usually involve emptying the contents of your kitchen cupboards, wipe out, reorganise all contents. Dispose of out of date produce with your consent. You may decide to book a deep clean alongside your kitchen declutter which will involve all surfaces and floor being thoroughly cleaned using environmentally friendly products.
Q) What area do you cover? A) We are based in Eastbourne and cover the surrounding area with a 25 mile radius. Please enquire if you are further as we maybe able to accomodate you.
Q) Do you take rubbish away with you? A) We are unable to remove rubbish as we do not hold a waste licence however we are able to take upto 5 black sacks for charity.
Q) Do you provide the products for cleaning? A) Yes! We will provide all the products and equipment we need to carry out the job.
Q) Do you provide storage? A) Yes! We can provide storage to suit your taste and budget or we can work with the storage you already have. This will be discussed at our initial meeting.
